The city of Oederan

Oederan is an almost 800 years old town with a historical center and 2 business parks with many industries. Five other villages inside the community of Oederan (Memmendorf, Schönerstadt, Börnichen, Breitenau, Gahlenz). More then 5 supermarkets, 1 hardware store, 5 Bakery's, 4 Butchery's,  5 car work shops, 2 pharmacies, many doctors, 1 Primary and Secondary school, 4 kinder garden and a train station and bus station, are here. All together, living more then 3.500 people in Oederan. Most of them use to work inside Oederan or at the bigger villages like Chemnitz, Freiberg or Dresden.

The highway A4 is just 12km away and the brand new international airport of Dresden just 68km (approximately 45 minutes car drive). Industrial cities like Chemnitz, Dresden, Leipzig are not farer then 90km.

The real estate object 

On googles earth online (below), you see the property (cross) which is for sale. The border around the object looks like a triangle. The front side of the property is facing to the B173 main road. To the east side you see a big green inside the triangle which is currently used as a garden. The whole area has already a building permission if any extension is necessary.
